How it works each morning
How does MyDentalForce patient outreach work each morning?
MyDentalForce builds one ranked daily worklist for each office before the day starts. It reads your practice management system for every patient who is due or overdue for hygiene recall, every patient with diagnosed, accepted treatment that never got scheduled, and every patient who has lapsed, then ranks them by how overdue they are and what the visit is worth. The first call of the day is the most valuable call, not the first name alphabetically.
Staff work the list top to bottom. Every row shows who the patient is, why they are on the list, and the value attached, so nobody has to research a chart before dialing. Every attempt gets an outcome: scheduled, left voicemail, no answer, call back, not interested, or bad number. Booked patients drop off the list, outcomes are written back to the PMS, and the next caller sees the attempt history instead of starting cold.
Managers see activity and results without asking. The morning screen shows whether each office's list was worked, how many patients were reached, how many appointments were booked, and the value scheduled from outreach. For a single office that is one number to check before lunch. For a multi-office group it is the same number in every location, side by side, which is what lets a patient outreach standard hold across offices.
Used as a patient recall system, MyDentalForce replaces the recall report nobody opens with a list that gets worked every day. Used against unscheduled treatment, it turns accepted-and-forgotten treatment plans into ranked calls with the dollar value on every row; the free Unscheduled Treatment Calculator estimates how much is sitting in your charts today. MyDentalForce integrates with OpenDental today, and a new office is typically live within days of getting access.
