If you book a demo or submit a form, that information may be processed through third-party tools we use to operate the site.

Calendly and Third-Party Tools

Our website embeds Calendly for demo scheduling. Calendly may collect information directly from you under its own privacy terms. We use the information submitted through it to respond to requests, schedule meetings, and support customer or prospect communications.

Cookies and Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and site interactions such as demo bookings, so we can see which pages and channels are useful. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (for example _ga) that identify your browser, not you by name, and receives your IP address under Google's own privacy terms. You can opt out with the Google Analytics browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. MyDentalForce sets no other cookies of its own. The only thing the site keeps in your browser is your light or dark theme choice, stored locally so the site looks the same on your next visit. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to keep the site secure.

Pages that embed a third-party tool do send a request to that provider, which may set its own cookies and receive your IP address under its own privacy terms. Those tools are Google Fonts on every page and Calendly on the home and contact pages.

Healthcare-Adjacent Information

Please do not submit patient health information, protected health information, or sensitive patient records through public website forms unless we have a signed agreement and an approved secure workflow in place. Customer platform data is handled under the applicable customer agreement and, where required, a Business Associate Agreement.

Security and BAAs

MyDentalForce is built with HIPAA compliance in mind. We use role-based access controls and protect customer data with safeguards appropriate for the services we provide. For customers that require one, we sign Business Associate Agreements covering applicable platform workflows.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to respond to inquiries, schedule demos, provide support, evaluate fit for the platform, improve the website, protect against misuse, and communicate about MyDentalForce services.
